{Getting BottleRock Ready Featuring Lira Clothing}

{Getting BottleRock Ready Featuring Lira Clothing}

BottleRock starts Friday, May 26th with some massive headliners, including: Maroon 5, Tom Petty, Foo Fighters, Macklemore/Ryan Lewis....it is one of the most happening events in the Napa Valley. Started by a team of locals who then sold to the current owners, it has grown an immense amount and offers a one of kind music, food and wine experience! It is a festival, but given the locale, it offers so much more! Stay for a week and wine taste, eat your way through napa, then end with BottleRock!

I've teamed up with Lira Clothing an online LA based lifestyle brand to show you a few looks to inspire your own BottleRock style! Lira has created a culture through their clothes, epitomizing the surf, skate and street culture of Southern California. Their women's line is as boho as it gets, with a sexy, bohemian, rock edge! I fell in love with the Calia dress, Edwin Top, Kinley Top and Ella cardigan.

I've since gotten more clothes and I'll be honest, they are stealing a piece of my heart. All of the items I've gotten so far are great quality and have lasted a few machine cycles without any fading, yaaaaas!

Lira has me covered on clothes, but I needed accessories. Wunder Boutique is always a go to for sunnies, purses, hats and soo much more! I scored this adorable Michael Stars pink fedora and a sweet fanny pack on this particular trip...they are however my go to place for QUAY sunnies... if anyone is wondering where I got my rose gold pair I am wearing with my Edwin top look, I got them at Wunder !

I know it's Monday and BottleRock starts Friday, but it's not too late to jump online and order something to get you festival ready! If you prefer to try stuff on, you can check out our local superstars I've worked with on some BottleRock inspired looks: Boho Lifestyle HERE, Miyamo Boutique and Sisters Boutique!  They all carry festival ready looks - make sure to pop by before all the good stuff is gone !

Here are some tips for dressing the part for BottleRock.....

1. Wear booties ! I hate my feet getting dirty and booties/boots are the only way to guarantee no dirt soaked feet at the end of the day - not to mention, keep your feet safe!

2. Wear layers ! Temperatures will drop at night and you will get cold; throw some leggings in your bag and make sure to bring a sweater!

3. Bring a water bottle! They have tons of filling stations for you to fill up your personal water bottle. Stay hydrated in that day time heat ! Save money not having to buy water :)

4. Backpacks!  Definitely invest in a cute, roomy backpack ! You can haul all your stuff and your shoulders will equally share the brunt of the job! Last thing you need is to worry about needing a chiropractor after a day of walking around with a heavy shoulder bag - spoken like a true 30 something lol.

5. Statement pieces ! Wear them ALL. Seriously, this is the place people experiment and wear whatever the f*ck they want ! I know I'll be sporting a couple different looks - all about that layering baby ;)
