Baby Shower Recap: All The Details...

First off, I have to say THANK YOU to all of my girlfriends who helped with my shower, specifically Jackie, Meghan and Natalie - you gals out did yourselves and I was absolutely blown away by all the details and efforts to make this shower possible - LOVE YOU all! For anyone wondering, Jackie was in charge of all of the decor details….yes, I know, she should really start an event planning company because she slays events, her children are so blessed and obviously me as her BFF since kindergarten is also super blessed. If she ever does start her own side business I will be sure to let you know, but for now, here are the websites and locations she used to gather all decor pieces: Greenery (Michaels), Signs (Etsy), Balloon Arch (amazon), plates/cups/napkins/silverware (amazon)…..

Catering: I utilized a great local Chef, Anwar Herron “Peaches” is what we who know him call him, he is an amazing chef and has worked all over the valley, SF and beyond. Here is a link to his Instagram if you’re looking for someone amazing for your next event!

Donuts: Buttercream bakery, nuff said! The best donuts ever! Order ahead :)

Drinks: Since we were planning on a “Momosa” Bar it was appropriate to use a more simple sparkling wine, so I went with local producer Chandon and their California Brut which is $24 retail…if you join their club you can get a nice discount on the wines, as well they sell this at many grocery stores where they offer bulk discounts. We had 50 people to my shower and went through 20 bottles of bubbles….for mimosas….what can I say, my friends and I are from Napa!

Flower Crown: I am VERY lucky to have such creative friends, but if you are local and don’t have anyone you know who can make you an awesome flower crown, reach out to my girl Laurie from Fiorello Studio…she is AMAZING….I was blown away by this gorgeous succulent flower crown…so unique and went perfectly with my safari theme :)

Photography: Probably the most important aspect, capturing the special day. I was so pleased to work with Yousaf Khan a Napa local and super creative guy. He has a really positive personality and is the most patient person ever…I highly recommend working with him for your next event or shoot!
